CANCELLATIONS- must be given 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge of total accommodation booked ie 2 weeks booked/ 1 weeks accommodation will be charged to credit card. If only 1 night booked, the full cost of 1 nights accommodation will be charged. To make a reservation, a credit card number (including the expiry date & last three numbers on the back of the card) will be required. Terms & Conditions CHECK IN Time - is after 2pm for cabins and 11am for Sites. CHECKOUT time is strictly 10am. FULL PAYMENT - is required upon arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures. OFFICE HOURS - 7am to 7.00pm - Should you be arriving outside of these hours please let us know in advance and we will make special arrangements for your arrival.
